We accept overall sponsorships as well as Event specific sponsorships.
We have several different sponsorship levels for both categories.
General Sponsorships:
Title Sponsorship ~ $12,000
(1 business, EXCLUSIVE to product, $7000/$5000 split for SJWC general and Operation Angel Care)
Included on ALL advertising (event shirts and local media), up to 8 registrations for Snowshoe Shuffle, 100 tickets for A Sample of Somerset, vendor space at ALL events when with vendor opportunities, signage at all events, business displays at ALL events where applicable, name inclusion on event flyers and tickets, name inclusion on social media event posts, name inclusion on any awards or trophies presented to contest winners
Co-Presenting Sponsorships ~ $3000
(limit of 2 sponsors)
Included in all advertising (event shirts and local media), 50 tickets for A Sample of Somerset and a vendor spot at up to 6 events of choice with vendor opportunities, signage at all events, name inclusion on event flyers, name inclusion on social media event posts.
Platinum Sponsorships ~ $1500
(limit of 5 sponsors)
Included on event shirts, included in newspaper and social media advertising with radio advertising when space is available, 30 tickets for A Sample of Somerset and a vendor spot at up to 4 events of choice with vendor opportunities.
Individual Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships will be available for various events (but cannot conflict with our Title Sponsor.) This allows sponsorship of any individual event or project on the list and allows sponsors to opt out of events or projects that conflict with their company values, schedules, or other company event planning. Sponsors may look at the event schedule and choose the individual event they want to support.
Gold Level/$1000
Included on shirts if they are produced for the event, vendor spot at the sponsored event if applicable and up to 2 other events of choice in the year, included in event newspaper and radio advertising, included on social media advertising/posts for the event, included on event flyer, signage at event, and other various perks according to the project. ONLY ONE GOLD SPONSOR PER EVENT!
Silver Level/$500
Included on shirts if they are produced for the event, vendor spot at the sponsored event and one other event of choice in the year, included in event newspaper advertising, included on social media advertising/posts for the event, signage at the event, and various perks according to the project.
Bronze Level/$250
Included on shirts if they are produced for the event, vendor spot at the sponsored event and one other event of choice in the year, included on social media advertising/posts for the event, and signage at the event.
Friends Level/$100
Included on shirts if they are produced for the event, one 10x10 vendor spot at the sponsored event, included on at least one social media post for the event, and listing on a compilation sign at the sponsored event.
